Return & Refund Policy

At Luxuriate, we are dedicated to crafting and delivering our products with great care, upholding the highest quality standards.If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  1. Since many of our products are handmade by local artisans in India, slight variations in design may occur. Additionally, marble is a natural stone, so textures may vary.
  2. As part of our policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products delivered in perfect condition. All sales are final.
  3. If an incorrect product is delivered (i.e., the item(s) do not match the order confirmation) or if the product has a genuine manufacturing defect, we offer a replacement for the same item. Should you decline the replacement, we will provide store credit with lifetime validity. Please note that an unboxing video is required to process any refund requests.
  4. When ordering furniture, please carefully review the product specifications to ensure it fits in your desired space.
  5. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select categories only. This option may not be available for all products or regions. If COD is available, it will be displayed during checkout.
  6. To initiate a return, please ensure the product is packed in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, bags, boxes, hangers, and any other items that were included with the purchase, within 2 days of delivery.
  7. We will arrange for a reverse pick-up from the address mentioned in your invoice.
  8. Once the product is returned to our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection. If it passes the inspection, a replacement will be dispatched and delivered within the standard shipping timelines.
  9. In the rare event that a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a credit note for the full amount of the damaged product.
  10. We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
